2. Nature of the application

Skoll Wallet is a decentralized non-custodial wallet that allows users to:

The App does not store or have access to your private keys, funds or transactions. You are solely responsible for the security of your assets.

3. Eligibility

• Not be subject to economic sanctions imposed by governments or international bodies.
• Use the App legally and in accordance with applicable legislation in your territory.

4. Non-custody of funds

Skoll Wallet is non-custodial, which means that:

• •We cannot recover lost accounts or restore wallets without your seed phrase or private key.
• •Skoll Wallet is not responsible for access losses resulting from user personal security failures.

• •Activate staking to generate rewards.
• •View balances and prices in real time.

Features may be updated, suspended or removed without prior notice.

• Incorrect use of advanced features such as swaps or staking.

The user assumes full responsibility for transactions made from their wallet.

In no case shall Skoll Wallet, its developers or collaborators be responsible for:

• Loss of funds.
• Transaction errors.
• Problems arising from misuse of the App.
• Failures in underlying blockchain networks or third-party services.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Misuse

• Use the App for illegal activities (money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, etc.).
• Interfere with the security, stability or functionality of the App.
• Distribute malware or attempt to manipulate the source code or infrastructure.
